The currently available Cyranose® 320 can be used for solvent verification, identification of organic acids in waste water streams, and recognition of gasoline, diesel and crude contamination in recycled containers.
Beta testing demonstrates that in combination with a preconcentrator the Cyranose® 320 will also address numerous environmental applications, such as odor pollution and spill detection. The technology is also suited to hazardous materials identification. There are many potential environmental uses for Cyrano Sciences' Nose-ChipTM technology. Applications such as detecting automotive emissions, locating land mines, and detecting chemicals in toxic spills. |
